SALON POLICIES
• We love your little kiddos, but we kindly ask that you arrange child care before coming to your appointment.
• Please come alone to your appointment - we have a small space!
• If you have been sick very recently or feel sick, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
CANCELLATIONS
To avoid any cancellation fees, we ask that you please provide at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling.
No shows (not showing up to your appointment without any communication) may not be rebooked in the future.
TARDINESS
We understand that there is sometimes traffic or difficultly finding parking, so we ask that you please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment.
If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, you may have to condense your service for timing purposes.
If you arrive 20 minutes or more late, you may have to forfeit your appointment, and are subject to being charged a cancellation fee.
REDOS & REFUNDS
If you are dissatisfied with your service and are wanting to make a change, we are more than happy to make any tweaks or adjustments to your hair within 7-10 days of your previous appointment.
Adjustments include:
Root smudge, re-gloss, corrective retouch, extensions coming loose
We understand that we may not be the right fit for everyone, and we’d be happy to give you local stylist recommendations if we are not a fit!
That being said, there are no refunds, discounts, or free services offered.
It is always our goal to have you walking out of our salon feeling beautiful, confident and happy.
